We are a casual raiding guild. Although we are aiming for end-game raiding, we do not expect our members to dedicate their lives to World of Warcraft. We will not force our members to come to raids a specific number of times per week or month. However when we raid we expect that you are doing your very best. This includes knowing tactics (or at least be upfront enough to admit you don't know them so we can address it), bringing consumables for learning encounters and in general knowing how to play your class.
The guild is an active community of gamers that like to explore the contents of World of Warcraft without it becoming an obligation. We will not force you to raid a certain number of days. You can raid when you feel like it and have the time for it. Generally, our raiding days are Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. We raid from 20:00 to about midnight.
We do not have a DKP system which would promote being at raids a lot in a way that we are not comfortable with. Instead, we use /roll for items. A priority loot system for tiered items and weapons is in place, where our regular raiders get preference over people who raid less frequently. The raidleader has final say over loot assignment.
